Menu Planning is not as difficult as you may think!  In just a few minutes, you can have your whole week (or two) planned out and feel a sense of relief that there’s one less thing you have to do every day!
Here are some tips to help you start menu planning:

  1. Start by focusing on 1-2 meals per week- Start small and work your way up!  By planning just a few meals a week, you can get into the flow of how you would like things to work for your family!
  2. Pick quick & easy meals that your family will love- This creates less stress on you because you know the kids will like it (no complaints… who doesn’t love that?!?) and it won’t take long to prepare the meal.
  3. Take into account everyone’s schedules- There’s nothing worse than to try and fix a lovely meal on a day when everyone’s at practice, working late, etc.!

While Menu Planning isn’t rocket science, it can be a great help to us moms who have enough on their plate!
