BlogHer is focused on highlighting the skills and talents of women who blog. However, men are there, too. There’s a little bit of everything for anyone who blogs and wants to attend! Newbie to blogging, that’s okay. Seasoned veteran, come on and attend. Somewhere in the middle (like yours truly) – well, we’ve got to attend! In 2012, the event is returning to NEW YORK CITY! Which is right in my own backyard! It’s happening August 2nd through the 4th and it’ll be FULL of greatness.

Greatness that will include experts and professionals who will provide fantastic opportunities to learn, grow and “embrace” blogging for what it is: AWESOME. Many of us attending will be mentored by the best of the best in blogging, public relations and social media. It’s the whole package for anyone who wants to truly make connections with fellow bloggers, as well as sponsors. There’s literally something for everyone. It’s even open to students. Love it!

Here’s the deal. I’m attending the conference. Plain and simple. I will NOT miss it again since it’s back in NYC! I’m looking for companies who want to make their presence known at the event. Which means, I’m asking for sponsorships. There’s different options, or you can just hand me over your fortune and I’ll align myself only with your company for the entire kit and kaboodle. It’s all about me helping you, while you are helping me.

What can November Sunflower do for you?

I’ll be moving and grooving all over that conference. It’ll be the first time I’m at BlogHer, so I plan on attending as many panels, discussions and EVERYTHING. If you know me, I’m not a shy girl. I mean, I’m from New York. When you sponsor me, EVERYONE will hear about you at least once. I’m not going to make people afraid to talk to me for fear of having to hear about my sponsor (s) in every breath that I breathe, but you know I’ll share you with everyone in a professional, FUN and genuinely endearing way. That’s the charm of me.

What does November Sunflower need?

Well I need a lot of things in general, but I’ll keep this about the event. LOL. To be able to attend the event I’ll need admission to the three days of BlogHer and I will need to stay overnight at the hotel for three nights. I do NOT need anything for transportation and I don’t expect you to pay for me to eat. I would also want to create business cards that I can hand out with my information on one side and my sponsor’s information on the other side.

What does all this cost? Surprisingly, not a whole lot when you break it down. The grand total of the whole thing would be $1,500.00.

Such materials will be removed if left lying on any surface within the conference space or hotel. Any bloggers seen indiscriminately distributing materials to attendees will be given a personal warning. (I can put your information on the back of my business card, or wear a shirt with your business on it, but I can’t hand out your stuff. Doesn’t stop me from talking about you, either.)
