Who Wants 50 Holiday Cards FOR FREE?
I’m a huge Tiny Prints fan. The products are beautiful, well-made and just super high quality. What clinches it for me with Tiny Prints? They have the most amazing customer service I’ve come across in a long time. They go above and beyond for their customers. I’ve ordered from them a few times already and each time, the customer service is phenomenal.
Personally, I ordered Christmas cards. You can see one of the versions over there, on the left. The image I used wasn’t the best, I made it work as best I could. Instead of color, I did Sepia. I sent it in, designed my card, put the order through. BEFORE they would print it, a staff member from the graphics department worked on it to make it a bit more crisp. He felt it wasn’t “the best” and CALLED me to ask me if I had another image I could use. I told him, unfortunately I did not. It was the shot I had my heart set on. He said he’d work on it a bit more and do his best.
After I got off the phone with him, telling him to just print them up, I thought about it and called to ask if I could see a proof before it got printed. The customer service STOPPED EVERYTHING on my order, placed a note on it and within an hour I had a proof of the card. I LOVED the card. It looked amazing. I can only imagine if the image was better what it would have looked like. LOL. I told them GO AHEAD AND PRINT.
