Happy Easter to all of my community

I wanted to take this opportunity to wish a very Happy Easter to all of my community. Thank you so much for your support, and your visits! Did you check out my really cute post about Easter traditions from around the world? If so, what did you think of what happens around the world around Easter time? If not, well, hurry on over and check out the 7 Easter traditions from around the world!

Our family traditions center around the kids, of course. Right before Easter Sunday, eggs are boiled and then decorated. I’m not sure why the kids love doing this, but who am I to get in the way of an easy way to keep them busy! On Easter morning the kids are given their Easter Baskets from Mom and Dad, and then they hunt for Easter Eggs. Now, our Easter Bunny doesn’t hide real eggs. Instead, plastic ones filled with candy, and money, are hidden around the house.

On normal Easter Sundays, we’d have our family here for a big lamb dinner with roasted veggies. Plus, lots of great desserts. Since our basement still isn’t done, the festivities and lamb will be presented at my mom’s house. It’ll be back at our house in 2016, fingers crossed!

What are some of your traditions on this holy day? Please share in the comments below and of course, have a beautiful day, and Happy Easter!
