You’ll have to be patient with me, as we have lost power and I’m working on my iPad. Eek.

However, I had to tell you how much me, and my son, loved Wreck-it Ralph.

My son and I got the chance to see the movie last week, and I have to say it is super cute. We will take my daughter to see it after the aftermath of the storm has subsided.

My favorite part? The whole thing. Honestly, there isn’t anything I don’t love about this movie. I’m a big fan of any movie that teaches people to embrace who they are, and for others to embrace and accept others for who they are. Too deep? Tough.

Really, Vanellope is going to be a great source of awesomeness for those of us with kids, because she learns her glitch is her best asset. PLUS, she shows amazing grace by accepting apologies from her bullies. The fact that Disney had bullies who apologized is huge. Thanks for helping us bring this up at such an early age for us Disney. It’s hard to bring this topic up with younger kids, and it’s such a huge help. At least for me, and my little ones!

It’s got something for little girls, little boys, and a whole lot for parents. It’s the complete movie package, it’s the TRIFECTA. Girls will love Sugar Rush, and Vanellope von Schweetz. Boys will love Wreck-it Ralph, and Fix-it Felix. Parents and older kids will love all of that, plus Sgt. Calhoun, voiced by Jane Lynch. It’s Jane Lynch.

And the way Disney has crafted the way these fantastic players go from game to game….it’s a nice homage to New York, and our amazing Grand Central Station.

It’s just damn cute, the whole family will love it. If you have lost power here in New York, and a movie theatre is open, GO SEE IT.

And let Fix-it Felix know we could use him here on the East Coast.
