I’ve spent quite a long time pushing off the video game console purchase. The kids are big on going outside, they like to spend time at playdates, or going to the library, and I figure it would be a good plan to avoid the games for as long as possible. Last year they got Kindles from my parents for Christmas, and Nintendo 3DS handheld games from me and the hubby. Then Disney Infinity came out, and the kids are kind of asking all the time for this thing. Well guess how we’re celebrating august with 31 days of photos today!
Whooop, there it is. However, these kids won’t be getting it now. It’s for Christmas. TORTURE, right? Honestly, it’s more torture for me, than for them. They’re just going to be asking from now, until December for this stuff. However, I don’t think they need it before the holidays. Plus, it gives me time to work on collecting more of the figures. Huge sales at Toys R Us scored me Cars, and a case for all those power disks. I scored a coupon for 20% off any regular priced Disney Infinity product, so that saved me tons when I ordered the $74 starter kit online from Toys R Us. Plus, buy one figure get the second one half off was a huge help, as well.
Holiday time will be #DisneyInfinity themed, for sure!
