If the kids like cherries, I’m hoping Mrs. Smith’s can make them pie lovers

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Mrs. Smith’s for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.

The world’s pickiest eaters live in my house. It starts with “their father,” who apparently was like this as a child, and coddled, so he never grew out of it. Yeah, I know. FRUSTRATING as a wife.

I was HOPING the kids wouldn’t share this trait, because I’m not picky. I just don’t eat fish. Sorry, it’s not for me. Woe is me, the kids are exactly like their father. P.I.C.K.Y.

My daughter eats a lot of different fruits, my son? TWO. The ever popular grape, and the favorite of all favorites for BOTH of them, the cherry. Me? I’m a lover of all fruits, but peaches make me happiest. They just remind me of Summer…….

As you may have guessed, the two brats, I mean lights of my life, aren’t big on eating pie. Unless it’s Pizza pie. I have plotted against them, and I’m hoping Mrs. Smith’s Signature Deep Dish pies will help in my plan!

I love pie. Nothing like a fantastic Peach pie, or an applie pie, and of course, the fantastic Pumpkin Pie during the holidays. Now, we’re going to win these kids over using their fruit of choice, the cherry.

They didn’t go for the Signature Deep Dish Dutch Apple Pie with Caramel Sauce, weren’t into the Signature Deep Dish Peach Pie with Cream Cheese Icing (I lost them at CREAM CHEESE), and forget the Signature Deep Dish Pumpkin Pie with Cream Cheese Icing (I lost them at Pumpkin on that one.)

Well now, I’m pulling out the big guns, my friends. It’s time for the Signature Deep Dish Cherry Pie with Butter FUDE Sauce. It’s got cherries, and fudge……it isn’t any more customized for my kids than that! They can just slather all that fudge sauce all over it, eat all the filling out and eat the fudge afterwards, or whatever. Doesn’t matter. They can just make it their own!!!

But if the kids say no to this, I’m throwing my hands up and just sticking with my favorite, the Peach! I’ll create my own unique customized pie with this one! It comes with the icing, but I leave it off. No need for it, I just love that peachy good flavor, and the crust. Mouth’s watering.

And I’m fine with eating the entire thing all. by. myself.

Did you know that Mrs. Smith’s on Facebook? Of course, the company is smart. They have to have to be on FB. Even better? What’s better than FB when you’re a PIE company? Yup, Pinterest. They’ve got more than just their pies on there, too.

Keep your fingers crossed these picky eaters fall in love with the cherry pie…….because I’m tired of having boring desserts because the kids take after their father.

I’ll be heading to one of my local retailers with one of my new cash back apps I love, so you know I’ll be strategic shopping for these fantastic pies!
