Most people think about casseroles, baked pasta dishes, and fried foods when looking to heal their souls. But man, let’s not forget just how a burger with a side of mac and cheese hits just the right way when we need a pick-me-up! What’s even better? A burger with cheese, a side of fries, and a milkshake! Rest assured friends, I do not lack homemade juicy cheeseburger recipes. I’ve got my tried and true ones I go back to over-and-over because if it ain’t broke, no need to fix it, right?!!!! It’s always good to have tasty, simple comfort food recipes in your memory bank. I know it helps me tremendously – provides comfort! So let’s get to them.
Homemade Juicy Cheeseburger Recipes that will Light Your Soul on Fire
Cheeseburgers can have just about any cheese melted on top of them, so if you’re not into cheddar, or the fabulously processed but easy to melt American “cheese”, pick another one that melts with ease. There’s no rules for any of the juicy cheeseburger recipes being shared here today! Go wild. Grab that fresh mozzarella, or muenster. Whatever lights your soul on fire.
Classic Cheeseburger
Classic doesn’t mean boring. It’s just a simple recipe you can count on, and honestly commit to memory and always pull it out when you need it. And, you can build on a classic. What makes a classic really sing: high-end ingredients. Plus, a kick-ass bun. Give Billy Parisi’s Classic Cheeseburger Recipe a try.
Butter Burgers with Cheese
Cheeseburgers made with butter – there are no words to describe how much love I have for Meat Church’s recipe. It does have one of Meat Church’s rubs on the list of ingredients, but you can use any meat rub you enjoy, or head to their website and buy it (this isn’t a referral link, or affiliate link, it’s just a link to the product on their website). Personally, I use a different rub from Flavor God, this is also NOT an affiliate or referral link. It’s just what I enjoy using, and figured I’d make life easier for you and share it.
Best Ever Homemade Cheeseburger
Oddly enough, even though burgers are often thought of as all-American…plenty of people all around the world enjoy them! Not only enjoy them, but have created some delicious juicy cheeseburger recipes for all the world to enjoy. Don’t let the “brown” onion trip you up in The Cooking Collective’s cheeseburger recipe. Brown onions are just yellow onions. We just call them yellow onions here, and Aussies call them brown onions because of the light brown skin. What I love about this recipe is her insistence on using a fattier ground beef, AKA the cheap stuff. It’s all for the fat, because fat is where the flavor’s at!
If you’ve been here a long time, you can probably assume I never include the pickles when a recipe asks for them. I’m not a pickle lover. They legit make me dry heave. Hate them, even though I love cucumbers. Go figure. If you’re like me, instead of pickles, take a bit of horseradish sauce and add it to your burger sauce (you know, the ketchup/mustard/mayo combination), or throw some pickled jalapenos peppers on your juicy cheeseburger recipes.
