Spring is in the air. Well, that’s what the calendar is showing us here in New York, but I don’t think Mother Nature has gotten the message. Winter seems to want to stick around for longer than usual, but there’s no stopping the warm, Spring weather. It’ll get here at some point! In celebration of Spring, and all the beautiful weather, and what the warmer weather will bring, let’s tease you talking about some gorgeous nail designs for Spring.
7 Nail Designs for Spring
Pretty Little Sunflowers manicure tutorial. We can’t have a Spring manicure designs list without there being a sunflower design, right? It’s done with gel polish, and it’s really beautiful. The base coat is a sky blue, and sunflowers are layered on top of the blue nail polish base. It’s gorgeous, and ManicTalons has insane talent! Definitely head to her website! Check out ManicTalons.com’s Pretty Little Sunflowers manicure tutorial.
Nude and Neon French Tips nail tutorial. Sunflowers can be complicated, for sure. It’s a lot of steps, and perhaps there’s just not a lot of time one can dedicate to a manicure. I get it. I’m a simple girl, with a laid back way of doing things. I’ve seen the nude and neon french tip manicure all over Pinterest for a long time now, and with Spring hitting soon, I wanted to find a tutorial to show how to get it done. As luck would have it, when you hunt long enough on Pinterest, you find what you’re looking for! If you haven’t seen the nude and french tip manicure, head over and check out LuLu’s Nude and Neon French Tips Nail Tutorial. It’s beautiful, simple, and easy to do! The neutral nude color on the nails looks clean, and when you add the color to the tips, they add such a gorgeous pop of color.
Since it’s Spring, who says you need to use neon colors? Just adjust it and put pastels for Spring! If you’re not into having a different color for each tip, stick to one color. Just do whatever you want, but definitely check out the tutorial to find out how to make them look professionally done! Have you been teased enough to head over and see her creation? I thought so!
Lady Bug nail tutorial. What’s Spring without a couple of Lady Bugs, right? I’m all about doing fun nails for my daughter, and these Lady Bugs are adorable. It was easy to do on her itty, bitty nails. I didn’t use the exact products listed in the Pampadour’s Lady Bug tutorial. However, I think it came out very cute anyway! Come one, you know I couldn’t have a whole nail design round-up without trying at least one on Little Miss!
Fireflies inspired nail tutorial. Fireflies usually make me think of Summer, so perhaps this isn’t the perfect one for a Spring round-up, but it’s just too pretty not to include. I mean, seriously, the colors and the design! Totally in love with them! It might be the gorgeous neon yellow, or how it actually looks like fireflies on a gorgeous evening. I’d love to bring this over to my nail salon to have them do it! I don’t know if I’d have the patience to get it done! Interested in seeing the creation and learn how to do it on your own nails? You can find the step-by-step tutorial for the Fireflies inspired nail art at That Leanne.
Triangle French Manicure nail tutorial. Okay, okay. It says Summer in the tutorial title, but I think even the creator realized it could be for any season! So, it’s perfect for a Spring manicure. The colors, the inspiration, it screams Spring to me. I’m sharing it in the Spring manicure designs! Please, head over to So Nailicous to learn the Triangle French Manicure for Spring. It’s really classy, and simple.
Raindrops and Umbrellas nail design. Unfortunately, there’s no tutorial with this gorgeous manicure, but I fell in love with it and had to share it with you guys. I would imagine it’s probably a lot of free-hand drawing, so you’ll definitely need to have some skills for this one. Or, just take the photo to your local nail salon and ask them to make it happen. Love it! Please, take a minute and check out Pink & Polished You can stand under my umbr-ella ella ella nail design!
