myCharge HUB6000 charges my world up

myCharge Hub portable power bank When I’m low on power, and need a pick-me-up, myCharge HUB6000 charges my world up. Well, my social media world, that is! My trips into the city have become a standard these days, and while there, I’m constantly working on my phone, as well as, my iPad. It’s part of the world of a writer, and social media strategist. However, carrying around all the cables to charge my phone, along with my iPad, isn’t what I call “good for my state-of-mind.” Solution to this? One unit of power to charge up my devices, and won’t weigh me down with cable nonsense.

myCharge Portable Power Bank

Spaghetti. It’s what my bag use to look like when I tripped it into NYC from Long Island, or to any kind of conference. My cables all over the place, because I have an Android phone, and an iPad. It would be nice if both used the same cable for charging, but they don’t. It means Spaghetti in my bag. When pulling one cable out, the entire bag comes out with the one cord. Yup, all my crap from my bag all over the floor…..I’ve lost a few metro cards doing this dance of the power cables.

Now? I pull out my portable power bank, which I’ve charged at home and it’s now ready to juice up my goodies and give me 27 hours of talk time on my phone….like I’d ever use those hours. Who uses a cell phone to talk? Isn’t it all about texting now? In any event, even if my little power bank runs low on power, I can unfold the little wall plug that’s in the unit, and BA-BAM, it can be re-charged again. No muss, no fuss, no spaghetti in my bag.

Searching for an outlet to charge my electronics

Attending my most recent event for a very popular video game company, a fellow blogger had to hunt for an available outlet to charge up her smartphone. She found one, and then had to “babysit” it while it charged….crouched down like Crouching Tiger. It’s now my new nickname for her. What I kept thinking: lucky me for finding my portable power bank! No need for me to hunt for an open outlet at an event, which many people will know is next to impossible. I also no longer have to haul ass to get onto the LIRR back to Long Island, just so I can sit next to an outlet on the train. I have to say, finding those are even fewer and farther between than at an event!

myCharge HUB6000 is my new best friend

If you haven’t guessed by now, the myCharge HUB6000 is my new best friend. No joke. I think I want to name him something…..what do you think? What’s a great name for him? Yes, it’s a him. I’m not a fan of having women as best friends! Men are so much easier. HUB6000, what shall I call you? Please, leave suggestions in the comments below.

Rest assured, there are other versions of the myCharge HUB – there’s the 3000 and the 9000. The difference? Well, they are different prices. Why? Each unit can hold a different length of charge within it, and will provide a variety of different “”talk time” hours to your smartphone. The HUB6000 is a great price of less than $100, and it can give your phone up to 27 hours of talk time. All three versions can charge three devices at one time. It’s just all kinds of goodness.

It’s the PERFECT gift for the techie in your life, who is also a social media superstar and uses that smartphone and tablet like nobody’s business! The same person who is ALWAYS looking for an outlet to charge up all the many gadgets she carries around! Get it. Put it in her stocking. She’ll love you forever. Or vice versa…do it for a man. We all love our gadgets, don’t we? Weeellll, we do when they are charged and ready for action, that is!

*I received the myCharge HUB6000 in order to facilitate this review. As always, all of my opinions are ONE HUNDRED PERCENT my own. It’s just the way I do things around here.

Wow, this is fantastic! I love the idea of not having to worry about finding a electric plug in.

I know. It’s going to be outstanding at my next full-on conference! I’m so excited, I might even get the HUD9000 that gives me even more juice for the longer conferences, and use this one for the one day trips to NYC!!! Love when I find great stuff like this!
