Being a blogger can be super fun. Seriously, it’s not just about writing all the time. Researching is not as fun as other parts of the blog career, that’s for sure. However, there are little treasures along the way you get invited to, and your heart just swoons……..

Then there are times you get the invite, look at the dates, and times, and it’s a big DOWNER. Why? Well, you have to say no to something fun, amazing, and just plain beneficial to your beauty! In my case, rather unfortunately, I had to miss out on an in-store event centered around beauty, with amazing professional make-up artists. I was so upset, but the kids come first…..even before me “getting my beauty on.”

Luckily, for all of you in the blog reading community, I’ve got a great secret to share! You’ll be able to get tips, and techniques from actual professionals, PLUS get some freebies while you’re there.

IMAN Cosmetics was nice enough to send me a little treat in the mail, so I could see what all the fuss was about with the new BB Creme Skin Tone Evener. It’s Paraben Free, and has an SPF 15. Pretty cool. I’m just not super sure it made any difference on my face…….but I’ll put my scary face out there, and you be the judges. My husband isn’t the best at taking photos, but honestly, I don’t think it was a huge difference in appearance. I did love that it felt like I had nothing on my skin. I didn’t have that “scratch it off my face, I hate make-up” feeling. BONUS.

I followed the directions, just added a little, and spread it over my face with my fingertips…….this is what we got folks. You decide if it worked, and let me know what you think in the comments below!
