It isn’t just about the last weekend of summer vacation (on Long Island, in New York, most school district’s don’t start classes for kids until AFTER Labor Day). Labor Day BBQs are great, especially with the last weekend of summer vacation for the kids… but, Labor Day is a huge day for all of us for different reasons.
