My children. I can't remember why it started, but for some reason they both took to making cards. I believe it happened because I wasn't able to get to the store to buy a birthday card for someone. In a panic, I threw paper and crayons and stickers at the kids and said "hurry, make [...]

The Power of the Heart is being released October 7th. I wish this had come out much earlier in my lifetime. It's filled with amazing people's perspectives on how truly important the heart is in EVERYTHING we do.
I'm addicted to Julep. Their polishes are all I wear now, and my daughter, too. We're a Julep loving twosome, for sure. It's so much fun each month, when our box comes in. I know what we're getting, because I get to adjust my box if I don't love their selections for me. Little Miss? [...]

It's true my friends. Don't faint. Disney is offering something for free. WHAT?!!! Yes, I wrote that down. It's not a typo. There's no practical joke up here. It's true. I'm a sunglasses freak. I've got my shoe fetish, I love jewelry, and sunglasses. I don't wear make-up, I don't put any product in my hair.... so I think I'm doing well with the three loves in the fashion world: jewelry, shoes and shades. To be able to buy a pair, give a pair of glasses with Warby Parker makes it even sweeter to love sunglasses! #giveapair #warbyparker
It's not just the end of summer, or big sales.... there's something rather special about Labor Day!
When I was a kid we had Simon. We played it a lot, and it was one of our favorites. Mom kept it all these years, and even in the original box. We decided to put the old version up against the present day Simon Swipe version. Simon Vs. Simon. 1970s vs. present day. Simon has gone modern baby! #hasbro #simonswipe

The Boy loves his Nintendo 3DS. He's much more into it than his sister is, and the new LEGO Ninjago Nindroids video game gets two thumbs up from The Boy. High praise, since he's rather picky about his games!
The Boy wanted a watch for years. We got him one last year, he was happy with it. However, when I saw the new Vtech Kidizoom Smartwatch I knew he'd fall in love instantly. I was right. He put it on right out of the box, and has only taken it off for showers and pool time. But trust me, if it was waterproof, he'd have it on 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Immediate relief for sensitive teeth is here! It's all thanks to Crest and their new Sensi-Stop strips.
